RESOLUTION 13-210
APPROVING STANDARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
SNYDER &ASSOCIATES,INC.,AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IA [HICKMAN
ROADIWESTGATE DRIVE INTERSECTION TRAFFIC PLANNING REVIEW]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Snyder &Associates,Inc.,to perform
services related to a Hickman RoadlWestgate Drive traffic planning review (the "Project");
AND,
WHEREAS,the scope of services for the Project includes collecting traffic history and crash
information in order to make a recommendation regarding potential traffic signalization at the
subject intersection;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Standard Professional Services Agreement between Snyder &Associates,Inc.,and the City of
Waukee,IA [Hickman Road/Westgate Drive Intersection Traffic Planning Review]is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th day of August,
2013.
