RESOLUTION 13-231
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 8
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zarling Commission approved the Preliminary
Plat for GlYl11lVillage Plat 8 on August 27,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat 8 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 3rd day of September,2013 that the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat 8 be
approved.
