RESOLUTION 13-227
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [PRAIRIE BLUFF]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Halbrook Excavating of Ankeny,IA,has completed the public improvements associated
with the Prairie Bluff subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Prairie Bluff and
confirm that said improvements constructed as a part ofthis project are in general conformance with
the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 3'-d day
of September,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Prairie Bluff.
