RESOLUTION 13-213
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Diligent Stone Prairie LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Stone Prairie Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission recommended approval of
the Plat on July 23,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto comply in
all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15th day of August,2013 that the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 2 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Street Lots A,Band C;
2.Partial Satisfaction of Development Agreement and Release of Fees;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
7.Public Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
8.Public Snow Storage Easement;
9.Public Trail Easement;
10.Temporary Sediment Basin Easement;
11.Temporary Tumaround Easement.
BE OT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file
the final plat for Stone Prairie Plat 2,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
