RESOLUTION 13-218
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR BLUESTEM PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Conunission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Bluestem Plat 1 on August 13,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Bluestem Plat I is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
tins the 19th day of August,2013 that the Preliminary Plat for Bluestem Plat 1 be approved.
