RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT AND BOND
WHEREAS,on the 21st day of October,2013 the City Council adopted a
Resolution approving construction contract and bond for the 2013 SE Alices Road SE
Ashworth Road to SE University Avenue,contingent upon City Attorney review of the
form of contract;and
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has now reviewed and approved the form of
contract.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the October 21,2013 Resolution Approving Construction Contract
and Bond is hereby ratified and confirmed,
Section 2.That the construction contract and bond executed and insurance
coverage for the construction of certain public improvements described in general as
2013 SE Alices Road SE Ashworth Road to SE University Avenue,and as described in
detail in the plans and specifications heretofore approved,and which have been signed by
the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved as
follows:
