RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST
WHEREAS,on the 10th day of October,2013,plans,specifications,form of
contract and estimate of cost were filed with the Clerk for the construction of certain
public improvements described in general as 2013 SE Alices Road SE Ashworth Road to
SE University Avenue;and
WHEREAS,notice of hearing on plans,specifications,forrn of contract and
estimate of cost for the public improvements was published as required by law;and
WHEREAS,hearing was held on the 21 st day of October,2013 and after hearing
the City Council approved the same,contingent upon City Attorney review of the form of
contract;and
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has now reviewed and approved the form of
contract.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the October 21,2013 resolution adopting plans,specifications,
form of contract and estimate of cost is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 2.That the plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for
the public improvements,as described in the preamble of this Resolution,are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of November,2013.
