RESOLUTION 13-293
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CHERRY GLEN PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,JUNE L.ANDEBERG (the "Owner")has requested final approval of Cherry Glen
Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on September 8,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Cherry Glen Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto comply in
all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 4th day of November 2013 that the Final Plat for Cherry Glen Plat 2 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval ofthe legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Cherry Glen Plat 2,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.~~
