RESOLUTION 13-289
APPROVING RETAIL SALES AGREEMENT WITH AVI SYSTEMS OF URBANDALE,
lA,FOR THE RELOCATION/REINSTALLATION OF WAUKEE CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS A/V EQUIPMENT RELATED TO THE WAUKEE CITY HALL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,as part of the Waukee City Hall Improvement Project,the audiovisual equipment
in the Council Chambers must be removed,stored during construction,and reinstalled;AND,
WHEREAS,AVI Systems has provided a quote for those services,including integration of the
electronic voting system and presentation materials with monitors and an iPad application to
switch video sources on the monitors,in the amount of $19,018.32;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
4th day of November,2013,that it hereby approves the Retail Sales Agreement with AVI
Systems of Urbandale,l A,for the relocation/reinstallation of Waukee City Hall Council
Chambers AIV equipment related to the Waukee City Hall Improvement Proj ect.
