RESOLUTION 13-290
APPROVING SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN NATIONWIDE OFFICE CLEANING
AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the company currently providing janitorial services for Waukee City Hall,Waukee
Public Library and Waukee Police Department has asked that their contract end November 30,2013;
AND,
WHEREAS,City staff solicited quotes from janitorial service companies and having reviewed the
quotes submitted,recommends approval of a Service Agreement with Nationwide Office Cleaning of
Clive,IA;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and fmds it satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 4th day
of November,2013,that a Service Agreement between Nationwide Office Cleaning and the City of
Waukee related to janitorial services for Waukee City Hall,Waukee Public Library and Waukee Police
Department is hereby approved.
