RESOLUTION 13-237
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The Underground Company of Carlisle,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with the Stone Prairie Plat 2 subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Stone Prairie Plat
2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance
with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 16'h
day of September,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Stone Prairie Plat 2.
