RESOLUTION 13-235
APPROVING WINDFIELD PARK PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
GENUS LANDSCAPE ARCIDTECTS,P.C.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Parks and Recreation Department recommends approval of all
agreement with Genus Landscape Architects,P.e.,to develop a neighborhood park master plan
for Windfield Park;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed agreement includes planning meetings and the preparation of a plan
for Windfield Park that identifies specific amenities and associated cost;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposed agreement and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Windfield Park Professional Services Agreement with Genus Landscape Architects,P .C.,is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
September,2013.
