RESOLUTION 13-275
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GRANT PARK 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,KNC,L.L.C.(the "Developer")has requested [mal approval of Grant Park 3 (the
"P lat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on September 10,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Grant Park 3 and the documents relating thereto comply in all
respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 21st day of October 2013 that the Final Plat for Grant Park 3 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review and
approval of the legal documents by the City Attomey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lot A and Lot B and Lot C;
2.Warranty Deed for Lot B and Outlot A;
3.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Public Sanitary Sewer;
6.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
7.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
8.Public Purpose Easement -Off Site;
9.Public Storm Sewer Easement -Off Site;
10.Public Sanitary Sewer Easment -Off Site (2);
11.Public Utility Easement -Off Site;
12.Temporary Surface Water Flowage Easement -Off Site (2);
13.Temporary Private Sediment Basin Easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Grant Park 3,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas COlU1ty
Recorder.
