RESOLUTION 13-273
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Alices L.c.(the "Developer")has requested final approval ofPrai:rie Crossing Plat
I (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on October 8,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 21st day of October 2013 that the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat I be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attomey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed forLot A;
2.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement (2);
4.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Public Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Easement;
7.Public Storm Water Detention Easement;
8.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
9.Storm Water Management Detention Maintenance Covenant;
10.Temporary Private Sediment Basin Easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Prairie Crossing Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
