RESOLUTION 13-276
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR CITY OF WAUKEE WEBSITE DESIGN AND
ADMINISTRATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council authorized City staff to begin the process of up grading the City website
in an effort to improve the site's security,interactivity and ease of administration;AND,
WHEREAS,after interview website design firms,City staff recommends approval of a three-year
contract with Civic Plus of Manhattan,KS for website design and administration services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 21 st
day of October,2013,that an agreement with Civic Plus of Manhattan,KS,for City of Waukee
website design and administration is hereby approved.
