RESOLUTION 13-249
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 6]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.,of West Des Moines,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with the Glynn Village Plat 6 subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Glynn Village
Plat 6 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 7th day
of October,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Glynn Village Plat 6.
