RESOLUTION 13-248
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WESTOWN MEADOWS PLAT I]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with the Westown Meadows Plat I subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of West own
Meadows Plat I and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this proj ect are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this ill day
of October,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Westown Meadows Plat 1.
