RESOLUTION 13-252
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR WILLOW PINES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Cormnission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Willow Pines on September 26,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Willow Pines is in general conformance with section §303
-Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 7'h day of October,2013 that the Preliminary Plat for Willow Pines be approved.
