RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S STATE OF IOWA FY2013
ANNUAL URBAN RENEWAL REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE THE REPORT WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS,The Waukee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee,the State ofIowa FY2013 Annual Urban Renewal Report for the City of
Waul,ee,Iowa;AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total TIP Revenues in the amount of $3,436,777 and total
Expenditures of $2,649,140 with an Ending Cash Balance of $4,611 ,275;AND
WHEREAS,according to Iowa Code sections 331.403(3)and 384.22(2)the report is
required to be submitted to the Department of Management by December 1st of each
year;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby approves
the State ofIowa 2013 Financial Report and directs the Director of'Finance to submit it to
the Auditor of State,this rs"day of November 2013.
