RESOLUTION 13-295
APPROVING SEVERANCE AGREEMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas COlUIty,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,after assessment of the duties and responsibilities of all positions based in Waukee
City Hall,it is determined that the City Hall Secretary/Receptionist position is no longer
necessary;AND
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has eliminated the position of City Hall Secretary/
Receptionist and recommends approval of severance benefits;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
14th day of November,2013,that it hereby approves severance benefits for Rebecca Slater.
