RESOLUTION 13-306
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Alices L.C.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of Prairie Crossing Plat
4 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on October 22,2013;AND,
WP.EREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 4and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 18th day of November,2013,that the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 4 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attomey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lots A,B and C;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Easement;
5.Public Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Easement;
6.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Prairie Crossing Plat 4,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
