RESOLUTION 13-305
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 5 on November 12,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 5 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Wankee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 18th day of November,2013,that the Preliminary Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 5 be
approved.
