RESOLUTION 13-320
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WESTOWN MEADOWS PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,ARAC L.L.c.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of West own
Meadows Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on October 22,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Westown Meadows Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 9th day of December,2013,that the Final Plat for Westown Meadows Plat 2 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lots A,B,C and Outlot Y;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Public Access and Recreational Trail Easement;
7.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
8.Storm water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent
Easement
9.Declaration of Temporary Private Sediment Basin Easement;
10.Agreement to Complete -Lot 1 Improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of West own Meadows Plat 2,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
