RESOLUTION 13-313
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESS WITHIN THE CITY OF
WAUKEE FROM 16200 SE LAUREL STREET TO 355 SE ALICE'S ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the owner of the undeveloped property located at 16200 SE Laurel Street is
interested in developing a building which would face SE Alice's Road and it is in the best
interest ofthe City to officially change the address to avoid future confusion related to
deliveries and emergency response;AND,
WHEREAS,staff recommends changing the address of the property located at 16200 SE
Laurel Street to 355 SE Alice's Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 2nd day of December 2013,that the local address as referenced above
be amended.A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the Recorders Office
of Dallas County,Iowa.
