RESOLUTION 13-315
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public improvements associated
with the Prairie Crossing Plat 4 subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Prairie Crossing
Plat 4 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 2nd day
of December,2013,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Prairie Crossing Plat 4.
