RESOLUTION 14-022
SETTING DATE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2015-2019
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2015 through 2019;AND,
WHEREAS,Code ofIowa §384.l5(3)requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption.

session this 6th day of January,2014,that:
1.The puhlic hearing on the proposed Capital Improvement Program is hereby fixed
and set for January 21,2014,at 5:30 p.m.as part of the Waukee City Council
regular meeting,at which time puhlic comments may be heard for or against the
matter.
2.The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said hearing
in accordance with Code ofIowa §362.3.
