RESOLUTION 14-002
APPROVING RET AIL SALES AGREEMENT WITH A VI SYSTEMS OF URBANDALE,
lA,FOR THE PURCHASE AND INTEGRATION OF MONITORS RELATED TO THE
WAUKEE CITY HALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly orgauized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,as part of the Waukee City Hall Improvement Proj ect,the audiovisual equipment
in the Council Chambers must be modified and reinstalled based upon the new configuration and
layout and as a part of that reinstallation,monitors are recommended for the City Council dais;
AND,
WHEREAS,A VI Systems has provided a quote for those services,including integration of the
monitors with the electronic voting system and presentation materials,in the amount of
$6,712.51;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6th day of January 2014,that it hereby approves the Retail Sales Agreement with AVI Systems of
Urbaudale,IA,for the purchase aud integration of monitors related to the Waukee City Hall
Improvement Project.
