RESOLUTION 14-016
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
PRIMARY AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE DALLAS COUNTY
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMISSION AND E-911 COMMISSION FOR
THE YEAR 2014
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a member of both the Dallas County Emergency
Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Commission;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Mayor to appoint primary and alternate members to the
Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Connnission;
AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Fire Chief Clint Robinson as the City of
Waukee primary member and Council Member Shane Blanchard as alternate member to both
the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-9ll
Commission,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 6lh day of January,2014,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of members to
the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas Count E-911
Commission.
