RESOLUTION 14-041
APPROVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT RELATED TO PARCEL A OF LOT 6 IN
HICKMAN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,GYM SPACE,L.L.c.(the "Developer")has requested approval of a Public Utility
Easement related to Parcel "A"of Lot 6 Hickman West Industrial Park Plat II,an official plat in
the City of Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa;AND
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 3'-d day of February,2014 thatthe Public Utility Easement related to Parcel "A"of Lot 6
in Hickman West Industrial Park Plat II be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the
City Council ofthe City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Utility Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Utility Easement,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas County
Recorder.
