RESOLUTION 13-332
APPROVING WAUKEE COMMUNITY CENTER EXTERIOR LIGHTING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends the installation of additional exterior lighting at the Waukee
Community Center (675 Walnut St.);AND,
WHEREAS,after completion of a photometric study to determine the number of fixtures
needed,City staff received three quotes for the additional lighting fixtures and installation;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of the lowest responsible quote from Polk County
Heating &Cooling,Inc.,ofPollc City,IA,in the amount of$20,975.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
quote from Polk County Heating &Cooling,Inc.,ofPollc City,IA,in the amount of $20,975.00
for the Waukee Community Center exterior lighting is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City ofWaulcee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
Deccmber,2013.
