RESOLUTION 13-328
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Diligent Stone Prairie LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Stone Prairie Plat 3 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on October 22,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 3 and the documents relating thereto comply in
all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthc Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 16th day of December,2013,that the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 3 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee docs hereby accept the following
additional casements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed for Lot A;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Public StOlID Sewer Easement;
6.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Stone Prairie Plat 3,as well as any other documents related ereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
