RESOLUTION 13-324
APPROVING ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR CITY OF WAUKEE WEBSITE DESIGN
AND ADMINISTRATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,City Council previously approved an agreement to retain the services of Civic Plus
related to the design and administration of the City's website on October 21,2013 (Resolution
#13-276);AND,
WHEREAS,after completion of consulting services related to the development of a new
website additional design and administrative services have been identified as part of the
development of the new City website;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval ofthe quote from Civic Plus,in the amount of
$13,400.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
quote from Civic Plus,in the amount of $13,400.00 for the Waukee City Website is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
December,2013.
