RESOLUTION 14-030
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WAUKEE COMMUNITY CENTER
PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Brocon Services,LLC,of Jolmston,lA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Waukee Connnunity Center Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Waukee Community Center Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part ofthis project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tins 21 st day of January,2014,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Waukee Community Center Project.
