RESOLUTION 14-025
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2015-2019
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2015 tbrough 2019;AND,
WHEREAS,Code ofIowa §384.l5(3)requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 6,2014,the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for
January 21,2014,at 5:30 p.m.to consider the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
for fiscal years 2015 through 2019,and public notice of such hearing was published as
provided by law;AND,
WHEREAS,members of the public interested in the City's Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2015 through 2019 have been given the opportunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of January,2014,that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2015 through 2019 is hereby approved ar adopted.
