RESOLUTION 14-048
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BOAST PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas COLUlty,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Boniface Properties,LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval of
BOAST Plat I (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Co111111issionrecommended approval of
the Plat on February 11,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for BOAST Plat I and the documents relating thereto comply in all
respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on tins 18'h day of February 2014,that tile Final Plat for BOAST Plat I be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee subject to final review and
approval of tile legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of BOAST Plat I,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
