RESOLUTION 14-044
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 3]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with the Fox Creek Estates Plat 3 subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Fox Creek
Estates Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 18th
day of February,2014,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Fox Creek Estates Plat 3.
