RESOLUTION 14-046
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 4]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public improvements associated
with the Glynn Village Plat 4 subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Glynn Village
Plat 4 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications ofthe City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this lsth
day of February,2014,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion and accepts the public
improvements for Glynn Village Plat 4.
