RESOLUTION 14-051
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES,MISCELLANEOUS
TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES,WITH SNYDER &ASSOCIATES,INC.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on September 16,2013,the Waukee City Council approved a Standard
Professional Services Agreement between Snyder &Associates,Inc.,and the City of Waukee,
IA [Miscellaneous Traffic Engineering Services](Resolution #13-236);AND,
WHEREAS,the not to exceed amount in the agreement for the scope of services provided has
been nearly expended;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to complete the remaining traffic studies,City staff requests approval of a
change order for additional services for an additional $5,000 for the remainder of the current
fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
18th day of Feb mary,2014,that the Change Order for Additional Services,Miscellaneous Traffic
Engineering Services,with Snyder &Associates,Inc.is hereby approved.
