RESOLUTION 14-055
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
[OR!LIBRARY ADDITION PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Lansink Construction of Johnston,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the all Library Addition Project;AND,
WHEREAS,Project Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed for the Ori
Library Addition Proj ect and confmn that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the project specifications.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3"d day of March,2014,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Ori Library Addition Proj ect.
