RESOLUTION 14-088
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE,CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Prairie Crossing Plat
5;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 7'h day of April,2014 that the Construction Drawings for Prairie Crossing
Plat 5 be approved.
