RESOLUTION 14-079
ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN AND APPROVING WAGE RATE FOR NON-
REPRESENTED CITY EMPLOYEES FOR FY2014
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council shall annually review and approve proposed wages for City
employees whose positions are not represented by the City of Waukee Collective Bargaining
Unit;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has also reviewed a Fiscal Year 2015 compensation plan related
to non-represented employee positions;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
17'h day of March,2013,that the FY2015 compensation plan for non-represented employees,
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made part of this resolution,is hereby approved;AND,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Waukee City Council approves a 2.2%wage rate
increase for non-represented City employees for the FY2015.
