RESOLUTION 14-068
APPROVING THE REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 8
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission originally reviewed and
recommended approval of a Preliminary Plat for Glyun Village Plat 8 on August 27,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council had previously approved the preliminary plat for Glyun
Village Plat 8 on September 3,2013 by Resolution 13-231;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a revised Preliminary Plat for Glyun Village Plat 8 on March 11,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the revised Preliminary Plat for Glyun Village Plat 8 is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 17th day of March,2014,that the Preliminary Plat for Glyun ViI ge Plat 8 be approved.
