IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF WAUKEE,rowA:
That the following quote for the maintenance of certain public improvements described in
general as the 2014 Street Median Landscape Maintenance Proj ect and described in the Street
Median Landscape Maintenance Request for Quotes that was provided to the vendors be and is
hereby accepted,the same being the lowest responsible quote received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:RJ Lawn Service,Inc.,of Waukee,Iowa,
Amount of quote:$12,500.00
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 17'h day of March,2014.
