RESOLUTION 14-071
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR TIMBERLINE RIDGE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hale Development Company,LLC (the "Developer")has requested final approval
of Timberline Ridge Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on March 11,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 4and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 17th day of March,2014,that the Final Plat for Timberline Ridge Plat 1 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to fmal
review and approval ofthe legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Water Main Easement;
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Private Ingress Egress,Storm Sewer and Surface Water Flowage,and Sanitary
Sewer Easement;
4.Private Storm Sewer and Surface Water Flowage Easement;
5.Private Overland Flowage and Storm Water Detention Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Timberline Ridge Plat 1,as well as any other documents reI at thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
