RESOLUTION 14-102
APPROVING FOX CREEK PARK PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
GENUS LANDSCAPE ARCffiTECTS,P.e.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Parks and Recreation Department recommends approval of an
agreement with Genus Landscape Architects,P .c.,to develop a park master plan for the
proposed Fox Creek Park that will be adjacent to the new Waukee elementary school north of
Hickman Road;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposed agreement and fmds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Fox Creek Park Professional Services Agreement with Genus Landscape Architects,P .C.,is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21 st day of April,
2014.
