RESOLUTION 14-136
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,JM Commercial Holdings LLC (the "Developer")has requested fmal approval of
Enterprise Business Park Plat 5 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on May 13,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 5 and the documents relating
thereto comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 19th day of May,2014,that the Final Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 5 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
2.Private Access Drive Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Enterprise Business Park Plat 5,as well as any other docume related thereto,with
the Dallas County Recorder.
