RESOLUTION 14-135
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK
PLATS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a Preliminary Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 5 on May 13,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 5 is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 19th day of May,2014,that the Preliminary Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 5 be
approved.
