RESOLUTION 14-119
AMENDING COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-REPRESENTED CITY
EMPLOYEES FOR FY2015
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on March 17,2014,the City Council approved the FY2015 Compensation Plan
and Wage Rate for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City of Waukee
Collective Bargaining Unit (Resolution #14-079);AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommend the addition of the Communications Director position to the
compensation plan;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
19th day of May,2014,that the amended compensation plan for non-represented city employees
for FY2015,which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made part of this resolution,is hereby
approved.
