RESOLUTION 14-138
APPROVING A STANDARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF WAUKEE AND SNYDER &ASSOCIATES,INC.FOR THE mCKMAN
ROAD &DARTMOOR DRIVE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the engineering services of Snyder &Associates related
to the Hickman Road and Dartmoor Drive Intersection Improvements Project (the "Project");
AND,
WHEREAS,the scope of the Project includes project administration,funding applications,
topographical surveys and design services;AND,
WHEREAS,the fee for engineering services the Proj ect shall be a maximum not to exceed
$63,000.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Engineering Services by and between Snyder &Associates and the City of
Waukee related to the Hickman Road and Dartmoor Drive Intersection Improvements Project is
hereby approved.
