RESOLUTION 14-129
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF A REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THE WALNUT CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT
AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on February 18,2014,the Waukee City Council approved entering into a
28E agreement related to the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority
(Resolution #14-049);AND,
WHEREAS,according to the provisions of the 28E agreement,the City may appoint a
representative and an alternate to the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority
Board of Directors;
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Director ofDevelopment Services Bradly
M.Deets as the representative and Senior Planner Ben Landhauser as the alternate to the
Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority Board of Directors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of May,2014,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments to
the Walnut Creek Watershed Management Authority Board of Directors.
